- Please note that although we will ship out your item within 48 hours, your item may leave China or Hong Kong after 2-4 days due to Post Office processing time.
- About the delivery time. Express Mail: it will take 5-10 days for delivery. For Spain, Italy and some other countries, items will take longer time to arrive due to Customs clearance period.

- Local pickup accepted if you have a chance to come our city- Shenzhen, China (very near to Hong Kong).
- If your item is returned to us for the reason of your side (Customs or Post Office), we are glad to resend your item. But you should pay us the actual shipping cost from China to your location.
- For USA, Australia and UK, you needn't to pay any Customs Tax in most of cases. But we cannot guarantee for other countries.
